Participation at the event is subject to approval by Fotona. You can expect to receive a confirmation mail with complete instructions in about a week's time.

Important information
- Payment for your LA&HA Symposium Fee must be received in order to confirm your attendance and reserve your seat at the Laser & Health Academy Symposium.
- Registrations for which payments have not been received in 10 days will be automatically canceled, and the registration & confirmation process will need to be repeated.
How to register
Please create a new user account and continue the online procedure with your e-mail address and password. Upon submitting the Registration Form, participants receive an automatically generated e-mail summarizing their registration.

Note: Please be informed that payments must be received no later than the corresponding deadlines (early or late). If the early deadline is missed, the late registration rate will automatically apply.

Confirmation of Registration
Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations of Conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than 30th March, 2024 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 100 EUR. Refunds will be paid after the Congress. No refunds or changes are possible after this date.
